Acknowledgement of Fee Due

Step 1.  Select Bankruptcy.

Step 2.  Select Acknowledgement of Fee Due from the Miscellaneous events category.

NOTE:  Payment of Fees (CAUTION: YOU MAY BE DUPLICATING YOUR CHARGES! Only use these events if you are making an installment payment or you previously chose an event which DID NOT have a fee associated!)

Step 3.  Ensure that the correct case name and the number match the document you are filing.

Step 4.  Select the Party Filer. If the Party Filer is not listed, click Add/Create Party.

Step 5.  Please check the box if you have not been associated with this party previously.

Step 6.  Select the appropriate fee you will be paying from the drop down menu.

Step 7.  The Fee screen will appear, confirm. Click Next

Step 8.  Select the category in which the event relates.  (Or you can simply highlight all)  Click Next

Step 9.  Check the box next to the related event.  Click Next

NOTE:   Screen displays -    Payment of Fees (CAUTION: YOU MAY BE DUPLICATING YOUR CHARGES! Only use these events if you are making an installment payment or you previously chose an event which DID NOT have a fee associated!) Click Next

Step 10.  Final text box appears, confirm data.  Click Next

Attention!!  Submitting this screen commits this transaction.  You will have no further opportunity to modify this submission if you continue.
