Getting Started

In order to file documents electronically and to receive e-mail notices of documents that are filed, attorneys must be registered, trained and certified by the court to file electronically. At the training session, attorneys and staff will be provided with an identification name and password that will allow access to the training system.

WE OFFER 3 CLE CREDITS FOR THIS TRAINING!

The ECF certification is a Three-step process.

STEP 1- Register

Register for the basic training session by printing and completing the following documents:

Attorney Registration Form

Out of State Attorney Registration Form

Creditor Filer Registration Form - CREDITORS ONLY

After the above forms have been completed, mail the originals into the court at USBC, Attn: ECF Help Desk, 300 W 2nd Street, Little Rock, AR 72201.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that your office has installed Adobe Acrobat (5.0) or higher as you will be required to complete training exercises in your office prior to certification. Please review the listing of system hardware and software requirements.

 

STEP 2-Get Trained

Training will be held at the Little Rock and Fayetteville court offices. Slots will be filled on a first come first served basis by receipt of training forms in Little Rock office. Classes usually are 3 hours long and attorneys will receive 3 CLE credits for attendance.

We encourage the attorney and staff who will be responsible for filing documents on-line to attend a training session.

STEP 3-Get Certified

Upon completion of the training and certification by our court you will be notified and assigned your unique password to the live ECF system. If you have any questions, please call the help desk in Little Rock at 918-5590 or outside Little Rock at 866-497-9068.
