CLEARING TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES
Below are instructions for clearing temporary internet files on various browsers:
Internet Explorer:
1)Tools
2)Internet Options
3)Delete Files (may be found under Browsing History)
4)OK
5)Click on a different category in ECF and then go back to the previous screen which will cause the browser to refresh.
Firefox:
1)Tools
2)Options
3)Privacy
4)Cookies Tab
5)Clear Cookies Now
6)OK
