CM/ECF Release 3.3

The ECF system for the United States Bankruptcy Court for Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas will be unavailable from Saturday, February 14th, at 7:00 a.m. to Monday, February 16th, at 7:00 a.m. for routine maintenance. During this time, the Court will be upgrading to ECF Release 3.3. ECF Users should verify that they are using the latest version of their designated bankruptcy filing software to ensure compatibility with version 3.3 of ECF.

Changes to the ECF System include:
• Updates to Screens and Reports
• Joint Debtor Disposition
• New Fields Collected at Case Opening
• New Format for Trustee's No Distribution Report

A summary of the ECF 3.3 changes are available for Attorneys and PACER users. PACER 3.3 release notes are also available via the PACER website at http://pacer.uscourts.gov/announcements/general/cmecf_relnotes.html.
