CM/ECF Order ProcessingTo help expedite orders, we have set up an email account for each judge. The following steps will guide you through the process. STEP 1: The Trustee or Attorney will create their order in either Microsoft Word or WordPerfect. Note: The required font is Times New Roman or Arial. STEP 2: The order will be printed and converted to PDF (portable document format), by using Adobe Acrobat Writer, named and saved in a drive of your choice. STEP 3: The order is ready to be emailed to the judge assigned to the case. STEP 4: The regular process of sending a new email message will be used. Type a brief message, including your case name and number, and attach the desired order. Note: An order will be returned if it is refused and will include the reason as to why it has been rejected.
