The CM/ECF Window
The
CM/ECF window closely simulates the live CM/ECF system. You perform the
steps described in the task instruction window here.
While the window retains much of the format and functionality of the live system, for purposes of this tutorial some functions have been disabled.
Filing
a Bankruptcy Case

Instructions: The Case Data screen appears. At this point, the Case Number field is blank. Once the case is opened, CM/ECF will automatically assign the case number. Here's how you complete this form. Notice the office pull-down menu (highlighted in yellow). The menu lists all divisions in the district with the default set to Fayetteville. You are filing in the Little Rock division, so CLICK the Office pull-down arrow, then CLICK Little Rock to select.
