Beginning February 7, 2023, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas will resume court operations as they existed prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.  On April 3, 2020, the court suspended original signature requirements until further notice.  On February 7, 2023, the court ordered that the suspension of the original signature requirements shall remain in effect until ninety (90 days) following the termination of the national emergency concerning the COVID-19 outbreak.  Please click the links below to access the Administrative Orders dated February 7, 2023:
